Ordered a Opro gum shield and a pair of boots for my son. All arrived, but gum shield missing from within the packaging, emailed customer services 24 hrs ago and still no reply.

The website is easy to navigate. The boots arrived in pristine condition, although later that the date originally indicated, which was more than disappointing, given that P&P was over £5. The boots were £175, it's outrageous that P&P is still applied when you are paying so much. In my recent shopping experience only JDSports and the charlatans at Sports Direct charge P& P regardless of the amount spent. I wasn't at all happy about this. I'll definitely think twice before I buy in the future, if at all.

Great service as always from Pro: Direct Rugby but disappointed that they use Evri for their deliveries. Delivery service just as bad as when they were called Hermes; change of name but not standards! Unfortunately, would think twice about ordering more kit from Pro: Direct Rugby because of this!!! Hope they change to a more reliable delivery company.
